MAKER OF INTERFACES
I build for the web with Bauhaus discipline — strip the ornament, keep what works — and spend the saved time under Van Gogh skies: on a bike, on the road, on the terraces.

I’m Márk — a developer from Hungary who treats software the way the Bauhaus treated chairs: remove the ornament, keep what works, and let it be beautiful because it works.
By day I design and build web applications end to end — clean interfaces, honest APIs, infrastructure that is boring in the best possible way. I care about the details users feel but never see: the fast first paint, the form that forgives, the empty state that helps.
After hours the laptop closes and the world gets painted thicker: long rides on Hungarian backroads, narrow streets in Sicily, dunes in the Canaries — always with one eye looking for the light Vincent would have chased.
Tools change; principles don’t. These are the ones I reach for when an idea needs to ship.
Banking-grade ASP.NET Core services — typed, tested, observable.
Interfaces from design system to App Store — Vue and React Native included.
The connective tissue — typed contracts from database to pixel.
Schemas that survive audits, queries that survive month-end.
Event-driven integrations with sub-second latencies — streams, caches, back-pressure.
Second backend dialect — fluent enough to ship a product in five days.
Agent frameworks wired into Jira, GitHub and Playwright — Ambassador by title, tinkerer by nature.
Docker, Playwright, reviews and mentoring — velocity through standards, not shortcuts.
.NET and React are where I live — but the work has never stopped there.
“Great things are done by a series of small things brought together.” — Vincent van Gogh
Five stops from lecture hall to doctoral research — ride the climb; the summit sits at 1,919 m for a reason.

Three obsessions, painted honest — each model drawn from a real photograph.

Give me a ribbon of tarmac, two full bottles and a slight tailwind. I ride where the wheat swirls like brushstrokes — champion stripes on the jersey optional, suffering on the climbs guaranteed.

Narrow streets, warm stone, one scoop of pistachio. I collect alleys the way painters collect skies — Sicily started the habit; the rest of the map will have to finish it.

The best adventures are shared. Dunes at golden hour, one questionable choice of football shirt, and the same swirling sky above the both of us.
Five real photographs, redrawn as five little paintings — geometry from Weimar, skies from Vincent.

All five models are hand-drawn SVG — no photographs shipped, only their painted echoes.
A role, a project or a collaboration — I’m open to a conversation.
I usually reply within a day.
